Lab Fire Safety Codes Have Changed: Can You Keep Compliant and Avoid Shutdown?

June 20, 2024 | 2pm ET / 11am PT

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) just made major updates to its NFPA 45 safety regulations. These new guidelines cover all R&D laboratory organizations, but will now also specifically impact the healthcare industry.

The fire code implementation challenges can be significant. Fortunately, Triumvirate Environmental and partner fire engineering safety consultancy Arup understand the compliance challenges and how to solve them.

Attend this webinar and learn about:
  • R&D lab & healthcare industry compliance
  • Chemical storage and the storage of in-use containers
  • Ventilation equipment and the storage of materials inside fume hoods
  • Differences between state and federal regulation requirements
  • The generation of lab hazardous waste that poses fire danger to employees
  • Case studies/project completion based on application of new regulations
