Meet the Panelists

Josh Chronopoulos, Moderator
Triumvirate Environmental
Joshua Chronopoulos joined Triumvirate in 2013 and has worked out of Triumvirate’s Boston corporate office, Baltimore, and Raleigh. He began his career with Triumvirate in the Corporate Management Training program, then moved into a Business Development role. More recently, he has taken on the role of General Manager of the Mid Atlantic – South region. Josh has worked with many Life Sciences companies in Research Triangle Park to help them during their growth periods, laboratory moves and partner with them during their continued success.

Dan Pekanas, Panelist
Elemental Machines
Dan Petkanas supports laboratory operation teams in R&D, clinical, and GLP/GMP laboratories with a consultative approach to monitoring and capturing operational information from laboratory equipment. He has supported many labs' rapid growth, expansion, or relocation and ensured quick operational readiness of his customers' scientific operations.


Josh Jones, Panelist
Frankel Staffing Partners
Josh Jones leads the Business Development practice at Frankel Staffing Partners (FSP), a locally based and focused 27 year old staffing and recruitment firm. FSP specializes in the Life Sciences industry, with particular focus on supporting emerging life science companies. In addition to several awards for Growth & Profitability from the Raleigh Chamber, Frankel Staffing Partners is a multiple-year winner of both the Fast 50 Award and the Best Places to Work Award.

Calais is an EHS Manager with Triumvirate Environmental. She has seven years of EHS experience within the industries of healthcare, higher education, life sciences, and manufacturing. In both her personal and professional life, Calais holds human safety and health, and the protection of the natural environment, as her top priority.
