Decontamination Methods for Facilities - What, Why, How, and When

March 12, 2025 | 2pm ET / 11am PT

Decontaminations are a crucial EHS element that keep operations running smoothly, safely, and compliantly. Biosafety cabinet, ventilation, and full room decontaminations are especially relevant for pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospital labs, or any facility where contaminants like mold, viruses, or bacteria will drastically impact product safety and human health.

All decontamination efforts are good, but some are more effective than others depending on the type of contaminant, the work being done, and the necessary decontamination area—only one strategy will be "right" per situation. To ensure safety and compliance for your team and others in the facility, you need to determine this "correct" decontamination method—and be able to quickly deploy it.

Join industry pros Damian Luna and James Sullivan for an informative discussion about the benefits, use cases, and downsides of each decontamination strategy—so you can best prepare your facility for success. Our experts will cover the use cases and benefits of different decontamination methods, including:

  • Spor-Klenz™
  • Vaporized hydrogen peroxide
  • Chlorine dioxide
  • Ionized hydrogen peroxide

  • And more!

They will also share their insights on why quick, "correct" decontamination is important. Join this event to learn from the experts and have a chance to ask your questions!
