WEBINAR

Live to Online: How to Transition from Instructor-Led to On-Demand Training

Originally presented on January 19, 2022

Keeping up with EHS compliance training requirements, re-certification, or even the constant cycle of onboarding new hires can be overwhelming. To make things more complicated, the current climate of hybrid or remote work can make the task of training employees even more difficult. Online trainings can provide a simple solution when transitioning your in-person EHS training program to on-demand. On-demand trainings allow for flexible scheduling and are remote-accessible for times when it’s not possible to gather in-person. We can walk you through transitioning seamlessly from instructor-led trainings to an on-demand EHS training program.

During this webinar, you will learn:
  • Why people are moving to on-demand training programs
  • What an effective online EHS training looks like
  • Key essentials that you need to build and host online trainings
  • How to begin the process of converting existing instructor-led trainings to an online, on-demand format
  • And more!
